By proceeding to sign electronically, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this disclosure and that you consent to the use of electronic signatures and electronic records.

Use of electronic signatures and records When you sign a document through the service, your signature is created and stored electronically. You understand that an electronic signature may have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature when permitted by applicable law, and that electronic records, including the signed document and associated audit information, are maintained in electronic form rather than on paper.

Consent and scope Your consent to use electronic signatures and electronic records applies only to the document or transaction presented to you unless otherwise stated. You are not required to consent to electronic signing and may decline to sign electronically.

Withdrawal of consent You may withdraw your consent to use electronic signatures at any time before completing the signing process by declining to sign electronically. If you withdraw consent, you will not be able to complete the signing process electronically, and you should contact the sender of the document to request an alternative signing method. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the validity of any electronic signatures or records created before consent was withdrawn.

Paper copies and record retention You may obtain a paper copy of any document you sign electronically by downloading and printing the completed document for your own records or by requesting a paper copy directly from the sender, if available. Access to signed documents through the service is provided for a limited period depending on the sender's account and retention settings, and availability is not guaranteed. You are responsible for downloading and retaining copies of any documents you wish to keep.

Hardware and software requirements To access, view, and sign documents electronically, you must have access to a device capable of displaying PDF or similar documents, a stable internet connection, and a modern, supported web browser. By proceeding with electronic signing, you confirm that you can access, view, and retain electronic records in the format provided, and if your hardware or software no longer meets these requirements, you may not be able to access or sign documents electronically.

Legal framework Electronic signatures and electronic records created through the service are intended to comply with the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, where applicable, as well as simple electronic signature requirements under applicable United Kingdom and European Union law. The enforceability of any electronic signature or document depends on the circumstances, the parties involved, and applicable law.

Declining electronic signatures If you do not wish to use electronic signatures or electronic records, you should not proceed with electronic signing and should contact the sender to request an alternative method.
